Return and exchange policy

 

We strive to provide services that give our customers an enjoyable buying experience, and we hope that our customers are happy with every purchase they make. Sometimes some of our customers may want to return some of the products they have purchased. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to help you

 

1- All our paintings are printed on luxurious canvas and stretched on a wooden frame.

 

2- Paintings are not refundable or exchangeable because they were specially printed for you. Except in the following cases:

-A defect in the quality of manufacture of the product or merchandise

– If the product does not comply with the required specifications (manufactured materials)

– Product arrived damaged

-If the request is different from the one requested

 

3- Color tone may appear differently This is due to the fact that each smart device screen has a different ability to display colors, however, we do our best to make sure that our images on the store match the colors of the real product as closely as possible. The exchange and return do not include products with a slight color difference
